Does everyone here know that Kofi Annan has appeared on TV/News asking for $130 million dollars for Asian Earthquake and disaster aid, so that the UN can get involved. Yeah right, we’re really going to give you $130 million dollars, Kofi, so you can skim the lion’s share of the funds for you and your son and provide inept and underfunded aid to southeast asia. We’ve already raised funds publically and governmentally for southeast asia. We certainly don’t need the UN in there to pouch screw this entire relief effort. Can I please get a hell yeah on that.
P.S.: How about is Kofi Annan dig into some of the illegal money he received from the Oil for Food scandal and give that to the relief effort?

Haven’t we formed a relief coalition, with some of our Iraq coalition members to send relief to the countries hurt by the Earthquake disaster? We really don’t need the UN as far as I can see.

No one needs the UN anymore.
We’ve given $350 million dollars, who needs $130 from the UN?

I personally think that the people affected by the disaster will need all the help they can get considering that many of them lost their jobs, houses, and sometimes even their families, so if the UN can contribute anything at all, let (as long as its honest money out of their own pocket, or just no scamming the good people giving it to them)

those stupid people who attend the un need to think about church. why dont they simulate being in iraq and helping fund disasters WORLDWIDE with their own money and see how much the U.S. is doing for the rest of the world
