BUSH ELECTION BAD FOR ONE SENIOR
During the Clinton Administration I had an extremely good and well paying job. I took numerous vacations and had several vacation homes. Since President Bush took office, I have watched my entire life change for the worse. I lost my job. I lost my two sons in that terrible Iraqi War. I lost my homes. I lost my health insurance. As a matter of fact I lost virtually everything and became homeless. Adding insult to injury, when the authorities found me living like an animal, instead of helping me, they arrested me. I will do anything to insure that a Democrat is back in the White House in 2008. Bush has to go.
Sincerely,
Saddam Hussein

Hillary Clinton, ’08!
CentralHighlands Says: November 5th, 2004 at 8:06 pm
I am praying that the Democrats are stupid enough to stay on course and nominate Hillary Clinton in 08. I think we should all contribute to her primary campaign to make sure she is nominated.
JD Says: November 6th, 2004 at 12:57 am
Be carefull what you wish for. Hillary will be tough to beat. McCain and Powell maybe.
steve Says: November 6th, 2004 at 6:17 am
Well JD perhaps you are wrong for the first time. Hillary is practically DOA as she can count a good 40% of the population as an enschonched “No” vote already. So by electing her she starts off, with a huge negative. I agree with CentralHighlands, having her as the opponent helps our guy.
JD Says: November 6th, 2004 at 2:14 pm
The difference between Kerry and Hillary is that the liberal media didn’t actually like Kerry. Now, they may not like Hillary either but they still love Bill and that may be enough.
steve Says: November 6th, 2004 at 6:12 pm
True JD but as we have just seen in the last election the media has only limited ability to affect the outcome of an election – much to their chagrin.
JD Says: November 6th, 2004 at 7:22 pm
The media support for Kerry may have given him 3 points or so and turned what could have been a blowout into a close race. In the next election that could be the difference.

I was about to respond to this blog entry with acrimony.
I guess I was just slow to get the joke.
Kevin Says: November 10th, 2004 at 3:39 am
Well, it’s total truth right there buddy. Hilary? the only people voting for her would be the people that cheated on her with Bill, besides crazy feminist partys. is she competent or even remotley good looking enough for that job? the answer i’m positive is no!
Serbian National Says: November 10th, 2004 at 4:13 pm
Hillary would be a tough person to beat, Kevin. She has, for one, the backing of her husband – an excellent speaker. She also has political experience that would be necessary since all of the possible Republican candidates are going to be either ex-Governors or ex-Senators.
The Dems might also nominate John Edwards. They need to try and put a fresh face of change on their party and show that they aren’t weak on defense to win an election.
Reza Behforooz Says: November 11th, 2004 at 7:46 am
I would vote for Hillary. I have a lot of respect for her. She is very intelligent. But I wonder if she can avoid making the same mistake that Gore made. See more thoughts at http://rezab.com

I’m looking for two people who will emerge into the main stream in the next two years. I predict Gov. Bill Owens, R-CO, and Gov. Mark Warner, D-VA. Not sure about Owens, but Warner is strong in the fact that he is a southern governor in a “Red” state. Be on the lookout for a southern Democrat to emerge! In the distant future, Sen. (Elect) Barak Obama, D-IL

I don’t know a lot about Hillary, but I can’t say that she’s my first choice for ’08. I would prefer Kerry or Sen. Joe Biden to run. But I’m curious, who do you guys want to run on the Republican side?
sven Says: January 9th, 2005 at 9:41 pm
hilary is just like another kerry, history will just repeat itself again
Serb Says: January 10th, 2005 at 3:00 pm
We’re hearing a lot about many of the governors/elected officials who are suppose to be making bids for the nomination in ’08. Some of the local ones (for me) include the newly-elected Mayor of Richmond, the first black governor, Mayor L. Douglas Wilder, as well as the governor of VA right now Mark Warner.
Kinch Says: January 23rd, 2005 at 2:38 am
The democrats need som power, so I don’t think they’ll nominate who they think is the best candidate.
They’ll nominate the one most likely to win.
They’re desperate though, we need to fight a white woman with a black woman, condy rice.
BonnieM Says: January 23rd, 2005 at 3:57 am
I read yesterday that Hillary is saying that she has always Prayed. Dick Morris said she had already started reinventing herself. I am pretty sure she is gonna run.
Sean Says: January 23rd, 2005 at 10:10 pm
You’re right Kinch, the Democrats are desperate for power. That’s why they are getting more extreme and more left-wing. You see it everyday. The last escapade was Barbara Boxer pontificating to Condy Rice. She didn’t have any evidence or even a question she was just Grandstanding.
The problem they have though is they don’t know how to get their power back. They are still under the illusion that, “Their message didn’t get out.” Their message did get out….No one bought it.
As for Hillary she will run. There’s no doubt about that. She’ll most likely get the nomination as well. However, the vast liberal swing machine will most likely not be in overdrive as it was in the election of 2004. I don’t think they’ll ever have the media, hollywood, Michael Moore, and the Democrat party in lock step and a state of “full-tilt boogy” as it was in ’04. All the Republicans have to do it pick a strong Conservative candidate, like Rudy Guiliani or Newt Gingrich and we will win again.
Julian Says: January 24th, 2005 at 12:48 am
One of the biggest dangers of having a two party system is that you are always just one party away from tyrany. Don’t you guys think that what our country needs are political parties that are not just owned by corporations?
BonnieM Says: January 24th, 2005 at 12:53 am
I don’t care for Newt, but sure would like to see McCain. He could for sure bring over some of the more moderate Dems I think.
Julian Says: January 24th, 2005 at 1:15 am
What is the juxtaposition to the Liberal media, the Con media? Hum, that might just catch on.
Julian Says: January 24th, 2005 at 3:22 am
I bet Saddam misses the Reagan days the most. I am sure he recalls fondly the long encouraging chats he had with Rumsfeld and Ron’s unflagging support.

Hilary Clinton would be no competition against Condoleeza Rice. She would be one heck of a great President. If she could get with Colin Powell or Bill Frist as her running mate, they would be unstoppable. Or what about Sean Hannity… that would be just too good to be true. Hannity would win every debate easily. Oh well. My pick is Rice and Frist for 2008.
Cody Turner Says: May 30th, 2005 at 12:33 am
I think that the best President that modern times could get would be Condoleeza Rice. Pair her with Bill Frist and they would be unstoppable. Here’s why: Condoleeza Rice is an outstanding woman, both smart and intellectual, and also a good speaker. Being African American and a woman would bring in a good percentage of both, whom both normally lean predominantly liberal. Bill Frist would easily give her control of the South, I live in Tennessee and he is very well liked down here. If Bill Frist was not available, if only we could talk Colin Powell into running with her. He is liked on both sides, in fact he was claimed to be affiliated by many political parties until he came out himself and stated that he was a Republican, thus he would bring in the votes of minority political parties for us. He would also help to bring in the African American vote also. These pair ups would be ideal, and let’s hope that they turn out to be our ticket back into the White House until 2016!
Javan Says: June 7th, 2005 at 9:07 pm
If Hillary got voted in she would ruin the opportunity for any woman to ever run for the white house again. The ladies have it hard enough already, don’t let their progress be destryoed in one fell-swoop by this crazy feminazi.
I actually like democrats. The moderate ones. It’s the crazy super far left “lets become a socialist state” democrats I don’t like. That’s why I don’t like Hillary.
A 14 year old Hard-Right Conservative Says: June 28th, 2005 at 11:05 pm
Here’s a point I have to make. Rudy Giuliani was the mayor of New York City, one of the most Liberal cities in America today. If he runs against Hilary Clinton, a Senator from New York, which will carry New York? Giuliani has a very good chance, since most of the rest of New York is in red except for New York City and about 5-6 other counties. Giuliani really helped New York City a lot, and I would say that the residents there think favorable of him, which means that if he ran, they might vote for him, and that means he may win a normally solid Democratic State. That would be TERRIBLE for Hilary Clinton.
I wish that we would elect Rudy Giuliani in 2008 with either John McCain or Condoleeza Rice by his side.
Antilla The Hun Says: June 29th, 2005 at 5:30 am
I agree Rudy Giuliani would make a reasonably good president, he knows how to get things done, and is not nearly as extreme and Insane as the Bush administration lets call him a good conservative. However Condoleeza Rice is a poor choice for a running mate. I would prefer McCain, Rice’s track record for telling the truth is less than desirable.
conservativechick14 Says: September 10th, 2005 at 1:51 am
how dumb are liberals, anyway? all hillary wants is power, and she’ll suck up to weak “moderates” to become the president. besides not wanting an ass-kissing, bush-bashing-”pro-choice” lying senator in the white house, im not keen on having a perjuring-intern-seducing-lying-these-allegations-are-false-care-for-a-cigar-monica? as the “first husband” either. On the bright side… we might get back the silverware that hillary dearest added to her “collection”. VOTE REPUBLICAN!
conservativechick14 Says: September 10th, 2005 at 1:55 am
Just as an afterthought… if liberals want a woman president, how about hillary gets to spar with ann coulter? muahahaha. try to let the feminists to respond to that one! id vote for coulter in a second, if i was even old enough to vote.
Jack Antilla Says: September 10th, 2005 at 10:01 pm
Ann Coulter is a psycho and has no right to be in politics. Just like Michael Savage, they’re up there with other insane people like Al Franken and Rush Limbah, all of which are people who should never get office I’ve read Treason and I must say, that’s enough for me to dismiss any argument she may have about almost any subject.
John Says: January 17th, 2007 at 4:01 am
i think anne coulter has good moral values, therefor, i like her
