CANADA, THE NEW LIBERAL FRONTIER

Canada’s Department of Immigration web site has been flooded with inquiries from American’s. According to news reports over 180,000 people checked into Canada’s immigration procedures on November the 3rd. That’s about 6 times the normal daily average.

One can only assume that these are the disgruntled liberals who see the end days approaching now that George W. Bush has won a second term.

Are these the same liberals who whine and complain when their patriotism is questioned? Is this how they demonstrate their patriotism, by fleeing the country?

I say, “Enjoy your new life.” Let them goand experience Canada’s failed nationalized health care program. Let them see what it feels like to be looked upon as a second citizen if you don’t speak French when and where you should.

Modern liberals have ruined the Democratic party and, left to their own devices, would ruin the free market, capitolistic society that has made America the greatest nation on earth.

Patriots. Bah! Humbug!….More like lost souls with no convictions and no directions and cowardice in the face of adversity.

See ya….hosers!

  1. Um yah, this is so off the real reason that people are leaving. People are scared out of their minds!
Most liberals are on the coast where they are most easily attacked by terrorists. They realize that there is no way to rid the country of all terrorists, and the best solution is to make it less of a target by not angering other nations.

  2. What do you call 180,000 liberals Immigrating to Canada?…

    … A good start

  3. You want to know what the liberals really can’t stand? Those enlightened, sophisticated, elite liberals on the east and west coasts can’t stand the fact that those bumkins in Ohio determined the outcome of this election.

  4. Good one, Tom. :)

And yes, I’m sure that liberals are incensed that the Ohioans decided the next four years.

  5. I do think that this election was fair, and good. This year I am glad George Bush became elected this year because he will defend the western world and keep the status quo. My only fear is that he will hurt working people as he has done in the past, he is like a double sided sword (please avoid dogmatism, it doesn’t do any good) and as far as Canada goes, I wouldn’t rag on thier health care, its better then ours when we could have the worlds best.

  6. wow. its good to see that you’re sitting on your ass.

  7. We don’t have enough money to have state-run health care. Bush is not fiscally disciplined despite all of his better traits, and I don’t think he could handle running such a large project.

  8. Don’t worry – most of us liberals are staying right here – I’m sure you will all be relieved to know!
But, seriously, doesn’t the division in the country bother some of you? It is deep and perhaps unbridgeable. On the one hand are the secularists, who tend towards a moderate form of socialism, and on the other are the fundamentalists, who use and are used by the unfettered capitalists.

  9. Sorry to disappoint you, but most of us will be staying right here.

  10. By the way, don’t some of you think the division in this country is unbridgeable? On one hand, there are the secularists who tend towards a moderate form of socialism – on the other, there are the religious zealots who use and are used by the unfettered capitalists.

  11. Aren’t some of you concerned about the division in this country between the secularists and the religious right (who are tools of those who want unfettered capitalism)?

  12. I will take “unfettered” capitalism any day over “moderate” socialism.

  13. JACQUES CHIRAC IS A CONSERVATIVE. SH*T!

  14. Conservative? LOL hes a lot of things but defintly not a conservative….

  15. I do worry about that, Arouet. That division is the inherit problem with a two-party system, and we’ve only multiplied it many times with the recent election.

I think, however, that now that Bush is on his second term and doesn’t have to worry about re-election, we will see more moderate and consoling policies coming from the Bush Administration. I also think that Iraq will be cleaned up and they will move away from the Rumsfeld Doctrine and towards a more heavy-armour-oriented strategy.

  16. What an amazingly predictable liberal statement – “the best solution is to make it less of a target by not angering other nations”. Why do you liberals NOT GET THE PICTURE? Clinton, in his typical appeasement malaise 8 years “did nothing” either. He did nothing when the terrorist attempted to bring down the world trade center from the garage, he did nothing in the American embassy bombings, he did nothing when the stark was bombed, he did nothing (See a trend here?) when Sudan offered Bin Laden on a silver platter!… You know what all this liberal appeasement did? Showed how weak we were and allowed the terrorists to grow stronger and more bolder. Until (thank God) G.W. came into office, the only action Billy Clinton took was bomb Iraq for their (and his words here) “nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons” (strange how this was timed when the media was getting warmed up on the then new story of adultery in the white house story featuring Monica Lewinsky.
Face it liberals, you and your failed notions of a political system are going down the commode faster than the poop i last left in mine.

The people have spoken and overwhelmingly reject socialism, communism, and immorality!

  17. I hope you are right about that, Serbian.

  18. So am I. A division is something we definitely don’t need, especially one as wide as this. If Bush doesn’t do it, I’m sure the next campaign will be about who can bring us together. It would be sad to have to have another terrorist attack on us to bring the country together again.

  19. Do you really think the country is as divided as some think? Sure there are many different voting factions in the US, and have been there for quite some time. The difference now is, above all else, internet exposure that is magnifying this “problem” that America faces. And I don’t want to leave the media credit out, either. By falsely reporting on our mission in Iraq, which is not quite as bad as people think it is, they have successfully completed their agenda by doing their part to divide the country. I seriously dislike the media, as does the majority of my fellow soldiers. If anything needs to improve in this country, it is the reporting power of the biased media. Third faction, that I forgot to mention, is the hollywood types, who can all walk in my line of fire, as far as I’m concerned. As long as there are Americans, like myself, who continue to defend this country and our way of life, the world is a safer, and better place. Not to mention, the freedom of speach that brings this blogging possible. Good day to you all, and God Bless America.

  20. Ce qui sera, sera, Serbian. And as Candide found out, all is often not for the best – but still we must work for it.

  21. They have the same saying in Spanish – “Que sera, sera” – What will be, will be.

Sorry Brian, but the situation in Iraq is indeed not quite as great as we may hope. There is no viable exit strategy for a long time, until we train enough Iraqi soldiers and put into place a real Iraqi government, and this won’t be happening for quite a long time.

Yes, I do believe that the country is as divided as I think it is. How would you know how divided we are – you’re in Iraq, aren’t you?

  22. Been back for about six months now, and believe me I’d rather be back in Iraq. Not quite the homecoming that I expected. Anyway, Iraq IS better than you think it is. Of course it is not an ideal situation, but what conflict is. War sucks, get over it. If you want to make a difference, enlist and get your tail over there. Iraqi soldiers are being trained daily, and they are doing a very good job. Patience is the only word I can use to give America. We are doing an OUTSTANDING job there.

To reference your divided issue, I was the only one in my family to vote for President Bush. My family is extreme Democrat, and have been for some time. They don’t bitch, moan, gripe, or complain that Bush won. They are a bit upset, but they wake up every moring, and go to work. Let us just say that 59,000,000 people are on one side, and 55,000,000 are on the other. Is that evenly divided? It is close! But, of the 55,000,000 of them that voted, 47% say that they voted because they hate Bush. The other 53% actually just voted for Kerry. I am sure there are mixes, but I assure you that of the 55,000,000 that voted for Kerry, the majority of them woke up the next morning, ate breakfast, went to work, and went on with their lives. I think organizations like moveon.org need to live up to their name. And thats this Soldiers point of view.

  23. Thank you Lt. Brian, US Army. You and your family are my heroes. Demorcrat or not!

  24. We all respect and admire what you and everyone who is in your line of work is doing for this country, and whats more, for other countries. It is sad that people would vote for a person like Kerry just to get away from Bush, a reasoning I cannot understand since I support Bush.

As to your enlisting idea, I like my job, thank you. If anything I’d join the Officers after taking one of those courses – become a Lieutenant like you.

  25. I salute LT Brian – not only for his service to our country but also for his astute observation. All of a sudden “the country is so divided.” Gee, I wonder if anyone who is saying this happens to watch the news or read the newspaper. The media is creating a perception of a deep deep division, unlike any we’ve ever seen before. Why? Because Bush won such a “slim” margin of the popular vote, resulting in a 51%-48% victory. But what about this:

In 1992 nearly 58 million people voted for someone other than Bill Clinton and less than 45 million voted for him – he only garnered about 44% of the popular vote.
In 1996 he won the popular vote by a margin of less than 120,000.

I don’t recall the same level of panic or hyperbole about how “divided” the country was. Stop listening to the talking heads. There are winners and losers in every election, and there are always people who are upset by the results. But the sky is not falling, no one is “seceding”, and the day after these people ask about how they can immigrate to Canada, most of them will stop and think about how good they have it here. Not that I would mind if someone so sppineless decided to leave.

  26. Liberals threaten a civil war:
Posted at newshounds.us (ANTI FOX NEWS SITE):

I like to think that intelligent people(this excludes you) remember the less than admirable actions of the ADMINISTRATION during the vietnam war. Defending vietnam just puts you on “the wrong side of history” since it is widley viewed as an illegal and unjust war…hmmm…kind of like Iraq.
The majority of americans think going to war in Iraq was a bad idea according to all the polls. The reason that Kerry lost (other than being wimpy and concillitory} is that the idea of two men getting married was more offensive to bible-masterbating red-nec..I mean red-staters than “brown people” getting slaughtered by the hundreds of thousands. We all know how fond southerners are of brown people. What a bunch of good christians. Personally I think that we should pull all of our troops out of Iraq and go to war against the south and Texas, or as I like to call them “the real enemy”. Big piles of dead rednecks in 2008!
PS>> We could sell Texas to Mexico and fix the deficit with the money.

Also, you might want to save your energy writing to FOX about us. We know they read the blog. Let’s see, as of 4:02 pm ET, at least two different computers at FOX have read 547 pages of our blog in the month of November. I’m pretty sure there’s more than that but I don’t have the time or patience to do an exhaustive search right now of every FOX IP address I know of on each of our three pages that report the visitors. I’d be willing to bet money that at least some of those visits were made by Hannity & Colmes staff.

  27. First of all, the only French province in Canada is Quebec, and they only hate other Canadians who dont speak French. They are very acceptive to Americans, no matter what language they speak.

Second, their Health care system is better, and far less costly than ours.

Why is the right is so intent on drawing division lines? The use of the word “unpatriotic” has been so overplayed since our needless invasion, that it really has no bearing anymore.
We know we’re not unpatriotic for disagreeing. We know your wrong. There is not one single result from the first 4 years to justify another 4. Yet you won, you got what you wanted. More unnecessary wars while the real enemy plots more attacks, more lifelss economy, more pollution, and more direct mixture of church and state.
What ye sow, so shall ye reap.

  28. Joe,

The laughable aspect to your response is interesting. You blame the Bush admin on more pollution, you blame the bush admin on a poor economy, and best of all you say Iraq was a unjust war. As Dick Cheney said in his debate “There are so many inconsistency’s I don’t know where to start”. Let me begin with the “unjust war”.

Iraq: What is most interesting about Iraq was what occured during 1998, and what still occurs to this date. I have quotes of liberals saying something needs to be done about Saddam if he does not end his WMD programs. Now what is interesting about this is the fact NO LIBERALS every spoke out against Clinton’s actions against Iraq. It was based around the same thing as what Bush based it. The premise was WMD’s. Now what is interesting is, some people out there and these people know a lot of info said that activity was taking place prior to our invasion. The question for this is “why didn’t they say something about this?”. Perhaps this information would have proved deadly for the Bush Admin. The leftist liberals would have said “why didn’t he secure the borders before invasion” or something similar. What I have grown to learn is liberals are never happy, if its not one thing its another. But as far as pre-emptive wars? I have yet to hear one liberal say the Somilia conflict, Bosnia, Kosovo/Serbia, Iraq wars Clinton orchestrated were “terrible”. Yet three out of 4 were pre-emptive, Somalia, Bosnia and Serbia were no danger to us. Reportedly the mass graves that clinton praised about were never found, why haven’t we heard about this? The reason? The liberals do not want you to know the truth. So before going “unjust wars”, remember the unjust wars that dodge drafting clinton did…

Pollution: I responded to a liberal in a local paper, he claimed “in the last 4 years the lakes up north of here have died”. Yet the lakes were dead before Bush was in, in fact they had been dieing longer before Reagan. I just love how they blame the bush admin for something that was dead a long time ago, yet no solid proof exists they are dead because of “acid rain”. Id love an explanation to why other regional lakes haven’t died..

Economy: The economy seems to be doing quite well, I have seen people driving new trucks, buying houses (development down the road from here and avery house IS filled). The neighbor has bought two pieces of equipment in the last year, and the list goes on. We were looking for a truck for the farm, and we had a hell of a time finding one. Why? They would sell within a week or two. I guess this is because the economy is oooo sooo bad!

Jobs is one thing not mentioned and let me touch on this briefly. If mexicans can come to this country and find jobs quite easily, while americans whine and complain “I cant find a job”, it seems like Americans DONT WANT TO WORK, hence the obesity issue…

    Jeff

  29. In reponse to the initial posting, I’m not sure if the initial assessment is accurate. The figure of 180 000 is incorrect, and the preposition is decietfully phrased. 115 016 people looked at the Canada Immigration site on November 3rd, and most of those did not engage proceedings to expatriate.
Secondly, Canada’s health care system is hardly a failed strategy. There are many issues with the Canadian health care system, certainly – most notably with waiting times – and there has been a marked concern with these problems in media and and other public discourses since the Romanow report in 2002. Recent developments are expected to bridge the so-called “Romanow Gap” within the next ten years, but I’m sure most of you are not interested in the nuances of Canadian provincial politcs.
As for the Quebecois issue, our author clearly has no sense of Canadian society, and chooses to make sweeping generalizations. Quebec constitues what is known as a Distinct Society in Canada, an official provincial status which affords Quebec certain cultural protections to ensure the continuation of Quebecois culture and society. This ensures French-Language laws (which are problematic) and cultural grants for Quebecois artists, writers, etc. Certainly, there are aggressive and beligerant francophones in Quebec, as there are aggressive and beligerant anglophones in Alberta. However, most Canadians – Quebecois or otherwise – are quite civil and accepting of the Quebec Patois and the English counterpart. You may not be able to get a job in Ottawa or Montreal without being Bilingual, but that is not because of some ridiculous liberal aggrandizement of political correctness, but rather because a great bulk of the population speaks french.
Would you expect to work in Mexico City if you couldn’t speak Spanish?
I’m not entirely clear on why so many Americans snub Canada, and I’m not entirely clearn on why so many Canadians snub America, but either way, these attitudes are entirely counterproductive, regardless of one’s political affiliation.

  30. You’ve obviously NEVER been in a hosital in Canada but given I’ve been in hospitals in both (US and Canada), I’d take Canada hands down. As for Quebec, it adds a little culture to have a second language, The US is a fine country but you don’t need to put Canada down. It makes it look like you don’t even know why your country is good but why others are bad. And no, George Bush won’t defend the Western World, he’ll defend the US and forget about the rest of us. John Kerry wouldn’t have have been much better, so Canada lost either way. If Bush does re-open the border to Canadian beef, I might have a better view of him but if he doesn’t, I’ll keep disliking him.

  31. The Canadian-US border is the longest undefended border in the world. If you believe that we aren’t strong allies, and trusting allies, then you are, quite frankly, a fool. In protecting the United States of America, George W. Bush (or whatever advisors he has present) will defend the Western World, for the safety of the United States relies on the safety of the rest of the world – as does every other country’s. If the world is a safe place, then each individual country will be a safe place, and that is the Bush philosophy.

  32. FIRST IN REFERENCE TO COMMENT #19
Perfect, my point exactly, if we got rid of the false media, the misleading stories, the unfounded so called facts, them Americans would find that they are not divided, just using their right of freedom of speach and right to state their opinion. Want to see American become as one?
Try to take away our freedom of speach, think about that one.
Next, to the comments about giving Texas to Mexico, or invading Texas, what has poor Texas done. And why would we want to give it to Mexico.
Unless it is the huge Black Widow Spiders, and the horrid humid summers, and the ice storms in the winter, Texas is well an OK place, if your a Texan. I would rather invade Oklahoma, they have lots of oil, that is a good reason.
Just having a good time today
    Suzanne
Oh, on the Canada and US border, well just been back and forth twice so going in twice and out twice.
First time going in, real easy, returning to the US, well I was given the third degree, searched, and research, they found nothing. All because I had had my PassPort Stamped going in and wanted it stamped going out, yes not necessary going to Canada, it is just a thing with me,
Second trip, going in WOW! I must have looked like a very scary person, my car was torn apart, my clothing all over the ground, the contents of everything was emptied, including my instant coffee. A US Arrest check was run on me, (nothing found) Spent 3 hours going through all of this, kept my cool, and when they found nothing, I was told to enjoy my stay.
Coming back through US customes, 4 questions and that was it. So, it can be tough or it can be nothing, you just never know, and I am blond, do not look like any profiled type person, just a girl,
But, did notice while in Canada, as I was staying just a bit above the boarder, if one wanted to hike through the forest, and climb some mountains, it would be very easy to come across, Actually while on a hike I was back and forth across the boarder about 5 times.

  33. When I realised that the democrats controlled the House and the Senate for the last 40 years,(pre 1994),I knew why I hated politicians.

  34. It is only when I read the Blog and hear the Actors and musicians that I think the country is divided. When the people talk about how much they hate Bush, and the lies about him I wonder why people can’t be rational with their politics. You either vote for one person or vote against another. People disagree all the time, but this election year, they don’t just disagree. They spew hate and frankly, I hear more of that coming from the liberals. Not Democrats on the whole, but the liberal democrats. What respect I had gained for Senator Kennedy after all his past mistakes, I lost again when he accused Bush of being a liar. I don’t understand how a person can pull some out of thin air, just make up a lie and face a large audience and repeat and repeat the lies.

  35. Bonniem:
    >I don’t understand how a person can pull some out of thin air, just make up a lie and face a large audience and repeat and repeat the lies.

Buddy, I’m reluctant to make this observation, because it is particularly partisan and I’m sure that our typical posters will leap on me for it, but the Bush administration has repeatedly lied to a large audience of Americans about the alleged links between Al Qaeda and the Ba’ath Regime. At best, they were extremely loose and bordered upon non-existance, and to tout these allegations as universal truth is both irresponsible and deceptive. I really don’t want to get into the typical partisan baiting that these kind of statements catalyze, but it is unavoidable given the subject matter and the current socio-political paradigm. I’m not a big fan of Ted Kennedy, nor his bloated self-righteousness, but to criticize Kennedy’s minor faux pas and while overlook the Bush Administration’s catastrophic misjudgement and collosal deception borders upon delusion.

  36. I would just like to say that I am a proud Canadian and a member of the New Democratic Party. ( Canada’s most left party) I personally do not hate Americans, I just thik that you need to move past conflict within your country in order to
work better. Also, I would like to comment on the
statement in the article above about our “failed nationalized health care program” It is not failed, it works, you colud learn something, hosers.

  37. What the Bush Administration did is called politicking – I fully realize that Bush certainly isn’t what Commenger refers to as an “enlightened leader,” he is more of the ordinary politician variety. We can expect some politicking here and there, but what Kerry did goes a tad beyond what we have come to expect from politicians. What Kerry did is lie outright to his supporters, and even worse, he used his supporter’s opinions instead of his own in order to attempt to win over many different groups by appealing to them all – we have a word for that, and its pandering.

  38. Fuji, I don’t agree with you. Don’t get me wrong, I wish we had not gone into Iraq. But then I have to have confidence that The President had information – and he did- even from Russia and Europe- that he repeated and used as a basis for that. I just think that politics has gotten so nasty with the “hate” talk and the name calling, & I haven’t heard Bush do that about other Americans, or politicans, or anyone other than the terrorist.

  39. But, what do you base you confidence on? Can you detail one article of conclusive, factual evidence that the Bush administration has used to link the Ba’ath regime to Al Qaeda? Of course, this is where you and I will likely stalemate, which is unfortunate.

  40. Actually, the 9/11 commission linked Saddam Hussain with Zarkawi (excuse the spelling) who is a pretty high ranking member of Al Qaeda.

  41. I’m so disappointed with the liberals. This is the one time where I wish they actually had integrity. It’s great when the liberals promise all kinds of nonsense to the american people (like being able to pull funding for social programs out of their ass) cause it only gives the republicans more fodder. However, when they promise to run off to canada (on the event of a Bush reelection), and then don’t deliver it disappoints all of us (most of the country) who really got our hopes up. Oh well. I guess the only thing consistant is that liberals (or so called “progressives”) will do anything, as long as it ends up worst for america.

  42. Hold on, Steve. The 9/11 commission LINKED Al-Qaeda and the Ba’ath Regime, and found that mid-ranking Ba’ath officials had met with Al Qaeda representatives in Sudan in 1994. The 9/11 commission also conclusiovely determined that there was no actual collaboration between these two entities at all, largely because they were completely at odds with each other on the most basic of religious principles.

  43. “Failed national health care system” “have to speak French” Is that how conservatives survive, by simple ignorant generalizations. It’s true, you are a bunch of idiots…

  44. I lived in Canada for 12 years – do you know that the province of BC had at that time only 3 mri machines – the city of Seattle had dozens. And we came back to the states because of the terrible tax rates. With sales tax, GST tax totaling 15 % (1989) and then for someone making 60,000. a bottom tax rate of 40% – Can you imagine trying to get Americans to pay that kind of tax just for health care? There has to be a better way!

  45. Granted, sometimes access to certain medical procedures has waiting lists in Canada, but then what good are dozens of MRIs if 40% of the people can’t afford to get them. As for GST, it is only 7% with sales tax in some provinces bringing the combined total to 15%, but in others with no tax having only the 7%. And a clarification of the tax rate: Canada has a progressive tax rate, that is the rate for income up to 35k is 16%, on the amount between 35-71 the rate is 22%, on that from 71-120k it is 26, and on that above 120k is 29%. So nowhere does the “bottom” rate (an unclear term) come to 40% above 60k. The mariginal rate at even 120+ is still far below 40% and that is only mariginal, that is, that ate only applies to the money earned above that amount. The upside is that there is very little taken from your take home pay (or from your employer) to pay for private health insurance.

  46. Are you from Canada Rob?

  47. Rob, your tax figures for Canada are wrong. You are only mentioning the Federal rates for income taxes. In addition to those there are also provincial figures that vary from province to province; as low as 9 percent for highest earners in Alberta, and 17 percent for highest earners in NFLD.

  48. What is the cost of full medical insurance in the U.S.? I know mine is ridiculously high, and I’m non-smoker in good health with excellent family history of health.
Perhaps many U.S. and Canadian citizens ask, “Is it worth $800 a month to trade mediocre health care for good health care?” Or whatever health care costs in your area, maybe somewhere between $500 and $1,500?
That is assuming what I’ve been told by many opponents of socialized health care: Canadian health care is mediocre. I obviously don’t know, nor would I know how to measure it.

  49. The Associated Press
WASHINGTON — No longer will the attorney general be photographed in front of two partially nude statues in the Great Hall of the Department of Justice.
The department spent $8,000 on blue drapes that hide the two giant, aluminum art deco statues, said spokesman Shane Hix. For aesthetic reasons, he said, the drapes were occasionally hung in front of the statues before formal events.
The drapes provide a nice background for television cameras, Hix said. ABC News reported that Attorney General John Ashcroft ordered the statues covered because he didn’t like being photographed In. front of them.
Since the terrorist attacks of Sept.11, Ashcroft has been photographed several times in front of the female statue that represents the Spirit of Justice. The statue has its arms raised and a toga draped over its body, but a single breast is completely exposed.

    Re: My Beef with Corruption.

    Sirs,
    Please find enclosed:
    1. 1. A copy of six letters to and from a US Attorney and a District Attorney and one
from Ted Kennedy and one to Bill Delahunt proving the need to expose wiretap taps in an unrelated State Action. Many lawyers now possess a copy of the following wiretap tape. The Fourth Amendment violations cannot be denied. The letter to Bill Delahunt explains why I was compelled to solve the ethical dilemma for you. Tomorrow in a sincere effort to seek justice I tell the world on the public record during the pending hearings in Norfolk Superior Court. The Clerks of Norfolk Superior Court picked the day and time of the showdown in State Court. I however shall pick the place and time to file my next complaint in a federal court.
    2. One CD playable on any form of CD player that contains a copy of wiretap tape numbered 139
one of many mentioned to you months ago. Be careful what you do with your copy it is served upon you in confidence as an Officer of the Court in order that it and many others are properly investigated.

    3. A copy of the Cinderella Affidavit sold to me by the Carver Police Dept. This was the second
Affidavit. The one read to the Clerk in Wareham was never given to me. The new Affidavit was composed and dated the following day and the cop refused to sign and affirm his own bullshit. Mr. Ashcroft that document is obscene not the last word in the last sentence. I heard how you are so easily offended by nice tits on Statues etc. Trust me, you and I are from different planets the argument between you and I is gonna be hilarious to say the least. My dumb ass is gonna sue your righteous ass and as I told the FBI on October 15th, 2002, I will sue every lawyer who attempts to defend you until you show your face and defend yourself Pro Se against me man to man and before the Bar and heard by a jury of our peers.
If I drop off the face of this planet, I demand that y’all be interrogated in Cuba without counsel and tortured if necessary by Alan Dershowitz. That is what the Agents of the DHS were prepared to do to me on April 1st the same should hold true for you. It is you that has no regard for the Constitution not I. It is you who should suffer first from the offences against the Constitution caused by the Patriot Act. It is only the lady justice with the nice hooters that will make you fall on her sword. Shame on y’all and your little dogs of war too.
    4. A copy of what happened on me birthday in Norfolk Probate Court. WOW.
    5. A copy of my recent filing in the above stated matter requesting an oral argument with
Robert L. Quinan Jr. I am gonna enjoy the debate to the max.
    6. A copy of my recent filing in the above stated matter requesting an oral argument with
Walter M. Lupan. He must be the most nervous lawyer of all.
    7. A copy of one of my letters sent to all US Attorneys.
    8. A copy of my letter to the elusive lawyers of the DHS.
    9. A copy of the Court Order setting the time for my showdown with the Kickham BUDDYS.
(Bunch of Unethical Dandy Dam Yankee Solicitors) Go to http:// briefcase.yahoo.com/motomaniac_02186 to see all that I wish to reveal. You might as well I have already posted this letter on the web for the world to read.
I figure tomorrow is High noon at the OK Coral and I am gonna face them all alone just like Ol Coop did in the movies. As Ol Ben once said anyone who is willing to trade freedom for safety, deserves neither. The Congress should have considered his words before passing the so-called Patriot Act. That Act is an insult to the word identifying it. As for me the New Hampshire license plate says all that needs to be said. It says it. I live it. I am a simple, sincere and serious man with lots of sand who doesn’t take shit from anyone. I will stand against anyone that offends my Clan and never back down. Can you tell that I am having fun picking a fight? Check me work and your ethics. I dare you to sue me.

  50. Clark Kent Ervin November 12, 2003
    Acting Inspector General of
the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
    Washington, D.C. 20528

    Sir,
Need I remind you of Rule 9 of the Code of Ethics hereto attached. May I strongly suggest that you waltz around the various departments of the DHS, drop my name and ask a few questions. W. Ralph Basham , Director, United States Secret Service, would be a good place to start. After all it was he who sent the Secret Service to see me to investigate false allegations but I bet that it was Mr. Webster who had an influence on their not investigating Bank Fraud. The recent developments in Boston with regards to the SEC and Putnam Investments must be great concern to the FEDS. Why else would they be calling me now after ignoring me for so long? Perhaps you should go talk to Eduardo Aguirre, Jr. about his fellas investigating me. I would like to know why the General Counsel of the DHS has not responded to my letter. Is he waiting the full six months like H. Marshall Jarrett did? November the 20th is the last day for your boss Attorney General Ashcroft to respond to me. After that date I can complain of him as an individual. Trust that I shall. I also suggest that you read the enclosed documents and listen to the tape, then apply your ethics while you ask yourself what you would do if you were me. Please surprise me and become the first Inspector General and in fact the first civil servant that acted within the scope of his employment.
Please find enclosed an exact copy of a letter sent to every U.S. Attorney in the USA just prior to the malicious side show held before Judge Borenstein in Norfolk Superior Court on September 29th. I suspect the recent developments about the SEC and the FBI in Beantown have caused him to delay his judgments of long delayed motions that he had no jurisdiction to hear. He need not be advised as to whether or not to dismiss Prima Facia complaints that belong in federal court. The irrefutable evidence supporting the allegations were filed and served with the complaints. He knew the truth when he read what remained of the dockets. The clerks’ actions in all courts were evil. The copy of wiretap tape numbered 139 is served upon you in confidence as officers of the court in order that it may be properly investigated.

    Cya’ll in Court

  51. What the matter Yankees? Cat got your tongue?

  52. Oh yes, Canada is a hell on earth
with its clean enviornment, free healthcare, ampil living space, balanced government, who in theur bright mind would want to live there?

  53. I’m as liberal as they come and I don’t think I’ll be running to canada anytime soon. If you ask me, in my professional combat experienced opinion, George W. is a degenerate inbred hick. He needs to go back to Texas and suck at life some more.

  54. LOWER INFANT MORTALITY,HIGHER LIFE EXPECTANCY THAN THE USA,YEP CANADA`S HEALTH CARE SUCKS.

  55. I tried to view your web site but it was’nt centered on the page and I could’nt read it. I really want to! I’m a righty and I’m proud. Hope it will get fixed soon so I can view it. Thanks, Mary Loubriel

  56. canada’s a good country cause it gives everyone a chance. the states only works fer the rich now. the old american liberal dream of givin everybody a chance is dead.

  57. this is in reference to the moron who wrote comments #49,#50,#51,,,,,,,,,,,,could the good ole U.S. of A. do a little better job at keeping undesirable Canadiens like Dave R Amos out of the this country. Should be easier now since there is a warrant out for his arrest from Dorchester District Court in Dorchester, MA. Mr Amos continues to prove what a low life he is by running out on his family to hide in the woods in Canada. CANADA,,,,,,,,,,do your best to keep him, he is an “ass”et to your country. Remember last year when he was running for Parliment. I guess no one remembers that he owes your country big money in back taxes. Oh well.Good luck.

  58. I hope you enjoyed “telling on” me to FOX News. As I told you, they already read our blog. Bill O’Reilly held up a page from it last week on his TV show.

I also hope that you receive the same number of hate-filled, insulting and off-topic comments that we do so that you can have first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to wade through them in your “spare” time, decide whether or not to delete them, then spend the extra time doing so. Then, maybe, you’ll understand my perspective.

  59. This is in regards to David Raymond Amos, the person who wrote comments #48-#51.Mr Amos is a Canadian reject who fled Canada himself because he owed that country a large sum of money in taxes. Now he is on the run from the state of Massachussets because there is an arrest warrent out for him. He claims he is going to sue everyone, that takes money which he has none of. He finds it easy to mooch of family and what few friends he has left. They are all wising up to his act. Enjoy what freedom you have, the door is about to close on you.

  60. Joe, you have it all wrong. The liberals of your country are doing their level best to undermine the average joe. That minimum wage raise will do nothing but devalue the dollar of the middle income earner. 6 months after its raised and all the prices go up to match the higher wages being paid out, their 7 bucks an hour won’t buy any more than their 5 bucks an hour did. All it achieves is making our paychecks worth less at the end of the day. The rich won’t feel it a bit. Jack Layton is proposing the same lunacy here. Conservatives have it right. Tax breaks are the way to go, but they need to do it right. They need to raise the personal exemption to about 15-20k a year and raise the ceiling by about 50k. But you’ll never hear a liberal suggest that.

As usual, liberalism isn’t the solution, rather the problem.

  61. David Amos is a deadbeat look what he has done to his wife and her family. No wonder you did not win!!! Be a man and take ownership of your actions.

  62. Perhaps Mr. Amos is going about things the wrong way But perhaps his complaints should be properly investigated just in case he isn’t out to lunch!

  63. Oh, Amos is a criminal nutjob. I hope when law enforcement catches up with him that he’ll put up a fight so they’ll have a good excuse to shoot him right there and then.

  64. Dave, we missed you at Christmas. I hope we miss you again next year. You old loser, or is it Old hoser.

  65. Hoser
