Kerry may suck, but lets look at the facts, Bush took a $5.7 trillion surplus in the budget, and ran it into a $2 trillion deficit, that, if we can’t pay back, could cause massive repercusions in the global economy that makes the great depression look like an economic boom

What is wrong about changing your mind about something when new facts have been presented and it is obvious a change of course is needed? Standing firm on something is admirable, but shouldn’t this only be true when you are correct? In hindsight, Bush has been incorrect about many things. He does not admit he is wrong nor does he modify his actions to match new realities. Let’s take over a whole country on the incorrect premise of weapons of mass destruction before we find a single one. That’s real smart. Thanks to Bush, our credilibility in the world has been shattered. I am amazed by the attitude of many Republicans that think if a particular country does not agree with the United States, then screw them, who needs them anyway. This is a very self righteous and ethnocentric viewpoint. I would like for the rest of the world to know that not everyone in the US thinks this way and some of us actually care about what the rest thinks of us. Bush has dropped the ball with Al Qaeda (We have helped them in the recruitment dept. and no Bin Laden; the invasion in Iraq proves to terrorist groups around the world that we are tyrants), global warming (Oh wait, it doesn’t exist, despite mounting evidence to the contrary), nuclear weapons (North Korea, Iran), and to call Iran, Iraq, and North Korea an axis of evil in the January 2001 State of the Union was totally uncalled for. How can you expect these countries to cooperate with you if you are calling them evil? And now we see the results in North Korea. Try calling someone else evil and just watch your friendship with them blossom.

Fortunately for Canadians, Harper will never get elected in Canada, Bush would be jailed for war crimes if he ever set foot in Canada with head of state immunity, and people like Bill Donalds will just have to be content wanking in the corner staring at their gun registry notices and praying to foreign leaders.
