  1. flip flops the footwear dont really change your mind… unless, of course, they were really cool and talked to you depending on weather your left foot or right one is on the ground…

  2. But of course….

  3. think of the headache you’ll get from wearing them in just one day? kerry’s worse then a pregnant women trying to decide what she’s craving

  4. here’s a less biased sounding news source with some other Bush flip flops

actually, my news brought up a good point. it’s not that Bush isn’t a flip flopper, he just words what he says well.Besides, you can’t beat “i actually did vote for the 87 million before I voted against it”

  5. *not the news artical, my news as in local news station…

  6. Others may try, but no one can flip flop like Kerry :)

  7. CNN is not exactly a good source, they are quite liberal.

  8. try Foxnews they may lean right but they are fair in ALL of their coverage of any event (including the DNC). Long live Bill O’Reilly!

  9. The idea that Kerry flip-flops is the result of a GOP marketing campaign. He’s actually one of the most consistent politicians out there. If you actually believe Kerry’s Iraq position has changed a lot, go to my homepage (click on my name) and take a look. Kerry doesn’t flip-flop on Iraq, but the GOP loves to distort things.

  10. I don’t know who you think we have been listening to if it wasn’t Ol’ Kerry himself!!!

  11. It’s funny that someone actually has to go to the trouble of putting up a web site for the sole purpose of trying to show that Senator John Kerry is consistent on the Iraq War :)

  12. Emory, it’s funny that someone like you actually took the time to visit this website for the sole purpose of trying to show your superior liberal intelect in defence of Senator John F. Kerry and his inconsistencies on the Iraq War. Please never returnto this website again and inflict your mundane opinion upon us. We would rather that you go to the websites where your opinion matters such as cnn.com and dnc.com. You will find your own kind there welcoming you with open arms. Doing this will definitely cheer you up and make you feel like you fit in and smooth out any ruffled feathers that you may have received by visiting this site expressing opinions that are not in regulation with liberals and the mainstream liberal media. I’m proud to be an American and I’m damn proud to support George W. Bush for president for another 4 years. Please go and express your gloom and doom opinion else where, because gloom and doom is what Kerry’s campaign is manufacturing for you to of little minds. I wish you well in your endeavor and hope your search for gloom and doom is successful because it’s easier to find faults in this world and in people than it is to find happiness. Have a great day!

  13. How did you get that from my comments, Vast? I’ve never been called a liberal. That hurts.

  14. I don’t know, but thot Emory was talking about a website trying to show Kerry consistent rather than inconsistent.

  15. Funny that someone would make a whole website to counter the GOP’s smear campaign? Actually, I think it’s sad that the GOP has distorted Kerry’s statements so much that someone needed to do it. Like debunking the Flipper video — it shouldn’t have been necessary to do that, because the GOP shouldn’t need to rely on distortions like that video in the first place. How about defending George Bush’s position instead of lying about Kerry’s?

  16. Emory, my apologies, I misread your statement. Please forgive me. I welcome you with open arms. Again, I apologize.

  17. HEY KAREN, WHAT DID I TELL YOU ON YOUR OTHER POST THE OTHER DAY? DIDN’T I SAY THAT YOU SHOULD STOP TALKING? YOU CONTINUE TO MAKE A COMPLETE AND TOTAL FOOL OUT OF YOURSELF. PLEASE, PLEASE STOP, YOU LOSE RESPECT WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH. BY THE WAY IF THERE’S ANYTHING THAT IS DISTORTED IT IS YOU AND BS SPIN YOU LEACH UPON FROM THE MAINSTREAM LIBERAL MEDIA. MAY I POUR YOU A TALL GLASS OF SHUT THE HELL UP?! IF YOU DON’T LIKE THIS WEBSITE, THEN STOP VISITING IT. I MEAN THE TRUTH HURTS DOESN’T IT. IF YOU WOULD REALLY TAKE YOUR PUNY MIND AND STOP LISTENING TO AARON BROWN ON CNN AND DAN RATHER ON CBS, AND ACTUALLY TRY AND GET THE FACTS YOU MIGHT FIND THAT GEORGE BUSH IS RIGHT. THE SMEAR CAMPAIGN IS THE FACT THAT THE DNC AND LIBERAL MEDIA MAKE IT OUT THAT KERRY DID BETTER THAN BUSH IN THE LAST DEBATE WHEN IN FACT KERRY SPOKE IN CIRCLES, DIDN’T EVEN EXPLAIN A PLAN, WENT ON THE DEFENSIVE, AND BASICALLY GOT PIMPSLAPPED BY BUSH. THERE IS NO CONTEST, KERRY CANNOT HOLD GW’S JOCK STRAP. MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO AND CHECK KERRY’S SENATE VOTING RECORD FOR YOURSELF AND SEE HOW MANY TIMES HE REALLY DID FLIP FLOP ON THE ISSUES. HIS SENATE VOTING RECORD IS PUBLIC RECORD. YOU DON’T HAVE THE FACTS EITHER, ALL YOU DO IS KEEP SPITTING OUT THE SAME DAMN RHETORIC THAT CNN, MSNBS, CBS, NBC, AND ABC KEEP MANUFACTURING. KAREN, FROM AMERICAN TO AMERICAN, PLEASE STOP TALKING, YOU ONLY MAKE IT WORSE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR GLOOM AND DOOM PARTY. HAVE A NICE DAY.

  18. Hey VRWC I am behind you man but you have to relax. By the way have you caught the latest liberal talking points? It is all about “anger” now such as “Bush’s angry responses to Kerry’s calm and professional manner”.

  19. Thanks, Vast Right Wing Conspirator. No hard feelings.

  20. THose are some nice toes… those better be a womans.

  21. Hello
    My name is laura
I really do not like Jphn kerry!!!
    GO BUSH!!
    I love bush!!!
    Thank you

  22. Bush won, but okay.

  23. John Kerry flip-flops so much I’m suprised he isn’t thinking about whether or not he won the election! And Karen, Kerry voted against the war in the debates, then FOR it when he lost! Consistent? Please!

  24. And BTW, I checked your site, Karen. You said that when Kerry said he voted for the $87 billion before he voted against it, it was a bad choice of words and that he voted for the fair bill and against Bush’s unfair one. The thing is, it was the same bill both times!

  25. and now we’ve spent about $300 billion on the war in Iraq. But we are making progress. In May 2003 only 31% of Americans thought that Bush was a liar. Today, according to Gallop, 50% of Americans think Bush is a liar. That’s what I call progress. People are waking up. Better late than never.

  26. If anyone’s a liar, it’s Kerry. Remember when OJ Simpson’s alibi changed? It’s like that with Kerry. Kerry’s a liar because he is not truthful, and he is not truthful because he cannot figure out what he wants to say, and, thus, lies when he flip-flops. Elementary, my dear Lefty!

  27. Cody,
I find it interesting that you think it’s ok for Bush to be a liar just because you think Kerry is a liar. You’re no Sherlock Holmes, are you Cody?

  28. Cotex, do me a favor. Ask me to post a list of Bush flip flops. It will take about ten pages but I have them ready to post. Just ask me.

  29. here, i’ll make it easy for you to see why more than half of americans (and 80% of Europeans and Canadians) now think Bush lied about the case for Iraq.

    http://middleeastreference.org.uk/iraqweapons.html

  30. You know what? There is a big difference in being wrong (when given the wrong info) and lying. And I don’t think the fact that he MAY have been wrong would influence the election if it were held today. I think it would turn out the same way.

  31. Why do you Lefties and Dems still want to hash the last election?. Why can’t you put your energies toward the future?. Why don’t you just tell us some of the good things about the Dems, if you have some.

  32. Lefty and others,

I still haven’t heard anyone answer just what you liberals think a “weapon of mass destruction” is…is it just nuclear bombs? Is it chemical and biological weapons too? Does it include planes and missiles that can deliver the bombs, or just the bombs themselves? Does having the capability or the ingredients to make a bomb count, or is it only the finished product?

I personally think that having the ingredients, even if they haven’t been assembled, still constitutes having weapons. And I personally know someone, a professor here where I attend college classes, who worked for the U. N. inspection teams and has seen the manufacturing facilities for biological weapons waiting to be brought online, so I know they exist!! How much more proof do you need? Do we have to wait until he actually makes a bomb and unleashes it before we do something about it?

In this country, just having the ingredients and the equipment to make methamphetamine constitutes a crime. You don’t even have to have the actual drug already manufactured and in your possession. So why does that not apply to Hussein and Iraq?

I believe that regardless of whether he had a finished weapon or not, he has had plenty of time since the first Gulf War (something like 11 years) to come clean and let U. N. inspectors see everything he DID have. You can only give someone so many chances before you have to call his bluff and make your move. Eleven years is plenty of time for someone who is truly repentent, or at least properly chastised, to stop lying and make himself accountable. He had his chances, and he blew it. Bush did what we should have done years ago. He decided to stop trusting a tyrannical liar and despot, and find out for himself.

The fact that the rest of the world didn’t have enough balls to join in and help doesn’t change the need to do something. Bush did it. Maybe he lied and maybe he didn’t. Regardless, he got rid of an evil man who has been responsible for the rape, torture and murder of thousand of innocents people in his quest for absolute power. What if we had not entered into WW II? We got into it becuase of the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor, but we saved millions of Jews and others from certain death in the process. Does the fact that we got into the war for less than noble reasons make the outcome any different? No it does not!! And the same holds ture for Iraq. There are people in that country who now have a taste of true freedom for the first time in decades. Unfortunately a great many of them have died in the process, but no revolution is free from bloodshed. What they have gained is far greater than what they have lost, and I daresay that those who died are probably dancing for joy in Heaven at the thought that their children and grandchildren might be able to live in a country where they can feel safe from Saddam’s vicousness and have a voice in how to live their own lives. I know I would be.

  33. Also, I read that Saddam wanted everyone to think he had WMDs whether he did or not! Maybe he should not have been playing games about something so serious. But he was so corrupt and mean, I just can’t help but believe he has buried in the sand and/or shipped out to his buddies in Syria, means to cause serious problems to his neighbors. I think it has been acknowledged that he had missiles he was not supposed to have and maybe other weapons.

  34. Dave,
Bush, Rice, and Cheney themselves said that Iraq required invasion because they posed an immediate nuclear threat. Powell suggested with his little vial that he held up at the UN security council meeting as well as the pictures they showed of the bioterrorism labs that Iraq had an active biological weapons program. Like your professor friend, they saw it even though it wasn’t there. Funny what false beliefs can make you see, isn’t it?

  35. Whether or not it was there when we invaded the country does not necessarily mean that he did not have stocks of BioWeapons when we were building up to an invasion. We have concrete proof that he used chemical weapons on the Kurds before we even contemplated invading, but of course thats covered up hush hush. Wouldn’t want any Americans to think that we had real reasons to invade. Why not, it’s much more fun (and politically impressive) to just call Bush a liar.

Don’t get me wrong. I am not too fond of the Iraq invasion (more because of the effect it is having at home) but at least I am rational enough to realize that just because WMD is not there now does not neccessarily mean they were never there.

  36. Paul,
So it’s head you win and tails we lose? What evidence would it take to convince you that no WMDs were there? It is simply an untestable proposition by your logic. As for the Kurds and the chemical weapons Saddam used against them – recall that Rumsfeld visited Saddam, as part of an envoy representing the Reagan administration, a month after Saddam used the weapons on the Kurds. What did Rumsfeld do? He offered, on behalf of Reagan, to help Saddam in any way he could. So 20 years after Saddam used the weapons all of a sudden they are a problem for the Republicans. What sense does that make? The historical facts suggest that the Republicans always turned a blind eye to Saddams use of chemical weapons against the Kurds while it was happening.

  37. I find it very hard not laughing at the people who say Fox presents there news in an unbiased way. Bush won the 2000 election because of Fox (bush’s counsin was the one who called florida, when the real call should have been that it was too close to call). John Kerry lost the 2004 election because Fox repeatedly called Kerry a “flip flopper” among other negative things, while they praised Bush (“## days until Bush wins re-election”…doesn’t sound fair and balanced to me).

In 1991, Dick Cheney justified the US not invading Iraq for the many reasons we are seeing as problems today. Hmm. John Kerry voted for the Iraq war because false information was presented, while Cheney supported the war AFTER saying it would not be worth it.
