KARL ROVE, GOD FEARING AGNOSTIC!
Karl Rove resigned. He probably needs a break, but don’t think for a minute he’s gone for good. Guys like Rove, and when I say that I mean brilliant men with incredible skills, talent and drive, guys like that always have a plan. I’m sure he is going to relax a while and he deserves to do so, but I can’t wait for what Rove has in store for us next.
The big question now, among liberal circles, is who is the new Bush puppet master? After all, Bush doesn’t have a brain and is unable to think for himself…no wait, I mean he’s cunningly evil and hell bent on using the presidency to enrich his oil buddies….no, check that, he’s a moron and Dick Cheney is the real brains behind….wait a minute if Dick Cheny is the real brains behind the president then what was Karl Rove again?…..Damn it’s confusing to be a Bush Basher!
Karl Rove, like Lee Atwater and Roger Ailes, is not so much a genius as he is a principled doer. He knows what HE believes and makes things happen with those beleifs as his guideposts. That’s why he got under the collective skin of liberals so much and that’s why he was such a great consultant and advisor to the president. You can have tne James Carville’s, give me one Karl Rove. I may not win, but I’ll be able to sleep at night.
After annoucing his resignation Rove appeared on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace. During the interview Wallace asked Rove to comment on a statement by liberal activist, I mean newsman, Bill Moyers, wherein Moyers basically accuses Rove of being an agnostic who hoodwinked the Christian right. Rove didn’t blast Moyers like he should have but he did point out that he was, in fact, a Christian and Moyers did not, in fact, ever actually ask him directly. Seems Moyers based his assumption on some statements Rove had made at various functions and in news articles. After the interview Moyers fired off a letter to Chris Wallace basically calling Rove a liar and Wallace a liar and in typical liberal fashion ignored the facts because the facts were contrary to his hypothisis. Check out the exchange in this YouTube link below…Priceless.
Karl Rove is a champion of conservative principles and America is better off for having him as an advisor to George Bush. Nobody is perfect but Bush, with people like Rove advising him, govern because they beleive in what they are doing, not because they want to govern…and that my friends is the fundamental difference between liberals and conservatives.
God bless that God fearing agnostic Karl Rove.
ITS NOT A BRIDGE TO IRAQ
Is it true? Can it be that you liberal nuts are somehow associating the bridge collapse in Minnesota with the war in Iraq? I read a post on this site saying that “George Bush knows all of our bridges are in need of repair but he is diverting money from bridge repair to fund the war in Iraq.”
Hey Moron….go to a college book store and buy a used Civics/Government book. Not the fourth year book…the basic introduction book. It’s probably yellow with black stripes and says something like…Government for Dummies on it.
Bridge and road repair is funded through the collection of transportation taxes, mainly gasoline. They cannot be used or diverted to other purposes. To be sure, money can be budgeted for capitol improvements, but the White House, generally speaking, doesn’t get involved in the minutiae of bridge building. That is for congress screw up, which they handle just fine.
If you’re worried about bridge building, call John Murtha and ask him to cancel some of the millions of dollars in pork he stuffed into the defense appropriations bill for his buddies and use that to build a couple of new bridges. Maybe Nacy Pelosi can talk to her husband and get the Del Monte corporation to donate a bunch of empty cans of crushed pinapple and we can use that to build a bridge.
Call Hillary. She and Bill know some company that built a bridge all the way to the 21st century….!
