Firstly, Conservative does not mean conservitive just as liberal does not define all Democrats. So far, most of what I’ve read on this post is opinion based on ignorance and regurgitated propaganda that you’ve been spoon fed from parents, teachers, and politicians. (This goes for both sides of the argument) I consider myself a conservative. NOT a Republican. Yes Bush screwed some stuff up. He made things better too. Obama has tripled the deficit in one year. He screwed up. Maybe he’ll do something righ eventually, but I don’t hold out much hope. Alot of you accuse others of getting their information from Fox News or MSNBC. While it may be true that some people only watch the biased news that appeals to them, consider getting educated as to what they’re talking about by tuning in yourelf once in awhile. You just might learn something all by yourself! Ultimatly that’s what it boils down to. Make your own decisions and opinions. Pity the ignorant.

Wow y’all are nuts!! (and make fun of me if you will, I don’t give a rat’s patootie)

This was meant to be humorous. As a republican, I didn’t take it as a stab at liberals (I know it was meant to be), but a stab at politicians and the like in general. I personally believe that all of them should be booted out right now (ok, not right this minute, all of them, that’d be chaos) and replaced but have term limits and not get paid much. Why do so many of these people stay? The money!! (I’m sure some get paid lousy, at least relatively speaking) They aren’t truly concerned with how the country is run. We should have more statesmen like Davy Crockett (or one of those people, can’t remember if it was him off the top of my head). He was told by one of his (former) supporters that he wasn’t going to vote for Davy again. When asked why he replied, “because you wouldn’t give that family who lost everything in a fire money.” Davy replied, “I did want to give them money. But the money collected via taxes wasn’t mine to collect. I suggested that every man in the room give 5% (or something like that) of his pay check for that month in donations to the family. Not one man raised his hand in agreement.” He was truly concerned with the people’s needs and wants, the rest of the congressmen were not. That’s how it is today. Both sides are terrible.

All of my in-laws are liberal and they love to pick fights with my husband and I, the problem is once we start quoting facts, they suddenly lose the desire for debate. As a general rule, your average liberal knows how to quote goofy trite rhymes (Bush lied kids died, but rarely have a clue what they’re talking about. It’s all about emotion as eloquently demonstrated by “fagget conservative”

You make the conservative point better than conservatives ever could! “conservative are looking to control every aspect of you life”?? LOL! And the cops “threatened” you with what? Were those “breatherlizers” loaded? Were they threatening to throw them at you? Or simply control your life with them? I’m really amazed that you’re not in therapy right now.

What is worng with you conservative pricks, i bet you dont even know why your conservative. If you a teenager to 30 years old in this country i bet if you researched it you would agree more with the liberals then the die hard conservative for the conservative are looking to control every aspect of you life, including what you study, learn, and what you can and cant do in your freetime. The other day i got harrassed for walking on a sidewalk with a group of friends at 1100 at night by two cops in a cruiser. They cam up to us accussed of of mischief and threatened us with breatherlizers and sobriety test. Thats NOT AMERICAN. I was completely sober and doing nothing wrong, when did i lose my rights promised in the constitutions. The liberals look to losten up the world while the conservatives try to tie it down. Live free or die.

Those who are argueing over liberals and conservatives you must look at the facts. Over the past 4 decades when a conservative republican has been in office the national deficit rose dramitically. The only period where it didnt was when clinton was in office though most people tend to focus on the fact that the man got his d*** wet by someone other than his wife while in office. Now i consider myself a very liberal independent as i feel the democtratics and the republicans are corrupt to ridiculous levels today. One thing i do know is if we had put a liberal president ie john kerry in office rather then bush well we would probably be better off. One of the main arguements against kerry was that he was a “flip-flopper” as he changed his opinion on issues whil in senate. ifrst of all this term was coined reffering to those on campaign who would consistantly change there point of views. Someone willing to admit they were wrong and change is a completely different scenario. As for if bush wasnt a stubborn greedy asshole he may have been less vain and addmitted he made a mistake and possibly fixed his presidency. Also the conservative belief is on the idea of holding onto the past value. While i feel this is to some degree i feel when looking at the past it is important to learn from it, not just keep it cause its comofrtable. Liberals someties go to far the other way. All i know is as our society and species evolves shouldnt we change our views to follow it. For jesus was one of the first liberal people of our time to speak up and also one of the first to be executed for trying to make considerable change. Only the new can change the old, thats why combinng the views of the liberals with conservatives will allow us to move at a moderate pace toward overall growth. F*** the coorparte b******* and the big wig politicians on top for they do not know what you or i need, nor do tey really tend to listen for the most part, only we do and the day we get a say in this country is the day we realize we have a say and dont let ourselves be commanded like slave of the government, last i checked the government works for us not the other way around, so if you dont like it change it.
