STIMULI, NO…STIMULUS, YES
IF STIMULUS IS SINGULAR AND STIMULI IS PLURAL THEN THIS STIMULUS BILL IS APPROPRIATELY NAMED BECAUSE IT ONLY PROVIDES ONE STIMULUS AND THAT IS TO STIMULATE THE GROWTH OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS CONTROL OVER THE PEOPLE.

Yes, obviously it’s called stimulus because it’s a collective action, covered in whole as one “package”. Just like the USA Patriot “Act” is not one act, but a collection of many acts.

That was a great two part joke, good job guys kind of had me hanging I though wheres the humor and I was thinking of a big word that rhymes with political. I couldn’t think of the word until I read the punchline by Kyle. (because the act of using this big word cant be wrote there’s a hint of it in this post Kyle I’m sure would of picked up on it but other may not or at least pretend not to)

This is only funny because no administration, since world war II, has tried to curtail the rights and freedom of American citizens more than the Bush administration. Not by a long shot. Unless you’re thinking that saying “No, you can’t pollute the water that your neighbor has to drink,” is curtailing your freedom.
And it’s “stimulus” because it’s purpose is to “stimulate” (singular) the economy (singular). So it’s really just about the teller not being very bright all around.
This one’s really beyond saving… unless you can work some tofu or Sean Penn into it.
